Delo® 400 SLK, with advanced ISOSYN® technology, improves on the Delo® 400 MGX and now ranks first in Astron Energy’s premium series of heavy-duty diesel engine lubricants.
Delo® 400 SLK is a low SAPS engine oil with API CK-4 specification. Low SAPS means it contains low levels of sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulphur. It is suitable for use with diesel fuel with a sulphur content of up to 500 ppm. The API CK-4 category remains compatible with older CJ-4 (from the Delo 400 MGX), CI-4 Plus, CI-4 (standard) and CH-4 categories.
Delo® 400 SLK SAE 15W-40 provides improved oxidation stability, allowing engines to have longer drain intervals. It also enables smoother and uninterrupted performance, even for vehicles operating under stop-and-go and extreme conditions.
Delo® 400 SLK’s exceptional anti-wear system provides protection for engine components against wear and corrosion. All of this means improved equipment reliability, reduced vehicle downtime and lower operating costs.
Delo® 400 SLK is capable of boosting the performance of various engine designs. This makes one type of oil suitable for vehicles from different original equipment manufacturers, from American and Japanese to European, old or new, with or without a diesel particulate filter (DPF) after-treatment device.
