19th bull auction of Ivukile Beefmaster Stud

The bull that fetched the highest price was the Beefmaster FCK210114 (lot four), which was sold for R130 000 to Peter Muir of Muirfontein in Cedarville.

Two other bulls that achieved good prices were lot three, sold for R110 000 to Derek Louw of Heilbron, and lot seven, sold for R85 000 to Danie Litsenborgh of Burgersdorp.

Bulls were sold for an average of R70 071 and heifers for an average of R10 000.

Excellent breeding stock was available and all the animals were sold with ease.

OVK hosted the auction and Gareth Hughes was the auctioneer.

The Beefmaster bull FCK210114 was sold for R130 000 at the Ivukile Beefmaster auction.
