Vuyiswa Ramokgopa, Gauteng MEC for Agriculture and Rural Development, will conduct a strategic visit to Pannar Seed’s manufacturing plant in Akasia, Pretoria on 15 April.
Pannar Seed is one of the largest seed production facilities on the African continent.
This visit will include a guided tour of the factory’s hi-tech processing and packaging operations, showcasing how quality seeds are developed and distributed to support food security and agricultural growth across South Africa and the region.
The visit forms part of the Department’s broader agenda to strengthen partnerships with key agricultural stakeholders and drive inclusive sector growth.
