African Farming visited Bennedicter Mhlongo, co-founder and co-owner with his wife, Veronica, of Benica Farms in Acornhoek, outside Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga. Bennedictor’s passion for farming started when he was still a child helping his grandmother on the same farm he is using. Today they grow a variety of cash crops and herbs. They also process their chillies and vegetables to make sauces and condiments sold at various retailers in Bushbuckridge.
