Soaring over Winterveldt during a flying lesson, Kobela Mokgohloa, a qualified small aircraft pilot, was fascinated by the sight of vast tracts of land – including a plot owned by his family! – lying fallow while the communities living there suffered social ills, such as high unemployment and crime. Today Kobela is the founder and CEO of Korema Farms.
