🌬️ A cold front will move over the southwestern Cape late on Wednesday evening, 🌧️ bringing scattered showers from the afternoon onward. 💨 Ahead of the front, strong winds are expected over the western interior and along the southwestern coast, while 🥵 bergwinds will bring hot conditions to the southern coast and parts of the Eastern Cape.

🟡Yellow Level 2: Damaging Wind leading to difficulty in navigation at sea, is expected between Saldanha Bay and Cape Agulhas, until Thursday (29/05/2025).
🟡Yellow Level 1: Damaging Wind resulting in localised power and communication interruptions and localised problems for high-sided vehicles on prone routes due to cross winds, is expected in places over the central and eastern interior of the Western Cape and the Dr Beyers Naude Local Municipality in the Eastern Cape.
🔥FIRE DANGER WARNINGS: 🔥 Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected in places over the the Kareeberg local municipality of Northern Cape, Central and Little Karoo districts, and the Hassequa municipality in the Western Cape, as well as Dr Beyers Naude, Blue Crane Route and Inxuba Yethemba local municipalities in the Eastern Cape.
