On Friday, 6 June 2025 African Farming attended the Tiger Brands Heritage Tour 2025, titled “The small white bean’s journey from soil to KOO Baked Beans”.
Before we departed for Culinary in Boksburg, we had a quick chat with South Africa’s number one cooking show winner, Sandanathi Mashita, the talented chef behind the KOO Harvest Table Lunch Experience served to guests at the Tiger Brands Heritage Tour 2025.
Sandanathi wowed us all with a delicious spread, celebrating the humble small white bean and showcasing just how proudly South African flavours can shine.
