Ntuthuko Shezi – Livestock Wealth
Ntuthuko Shezi is a South African entrepreneur and engineer, as well as the Founder and CEO of Livestock Wealth, a pioneering crowdfarming platform launched in 2015. Through Livestock Wealth, he has democratised agricultural investment by allowing individuals to own income-generating farm assets, such as cattle and macadamia trees, via a digital app.
Under his leadership, Livestock Wealth secured R10 million in funding from the Mineworkers Investment Company in 2022 to scale its fintech-driven agricultural investment model.
Shezi is widely recognised for leveraging technology to build generational wealth through agriculture and for transforming how South Africans invest in farming as an asset class. Shezi graduated with a degree in electromechanical engineering from the University of Cape Town. He previously worked as a consultant at Accenture and later managed Scratch Mobile.

African Farming Agri-Development Imbizo
The third African Farming Agri-Development Imbizo is designed to help turn that ambition into action.
Taking place on 26 and 27 March at Time Square Hotel in Pretoria, this two-day event will bring together more than 200 farmers, agribusiness entrepreneurs, policymakers, financiers and industry leaders. The goal is clear: To align resources, unlock opportunities and strengthen partnerships that will accelerate the growth of South Africa’s new generation of commercial farmers.
Hosted by African Farming, the Imbizo builds on a strong commitment to advancing black commercial agriculture through information-sharing, networking and development-driven platforms.
