The Good Life Show 2026 officially opened its doors in Cape Town, bringing together entrepreneurs, food innovators, wellness brands, sustainability advocates and consumers from across South Africa and beyond.
From product launches and exhibitor showcases to conversations around conscious living, wellness and the future of food systems, Day 1 highlighted the growing connection between agriculture, entrepreneurship and consumer trends.
African Farming attended the event to explore how businesses are responding to changing consumer demands and creating opportunities through innovation, sustainability and value-added products.

Saturday, 30 May
The second day of the Good Life Show continued to showcase the innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship driving South Africa’s food, wellness and sustainability sectors.
Visitors engaged with exhibitors, attended demonstrations and explored products ranging from healthy food and beverages to eco-conscious lifestyle solutions and value-added agricultural products.
