Are we helping women who can create jobs? Are we supporting those who will expand and employ others? That’s the ripple effect we need.
If we shine, it should be because we’ve lit the path for others. No woman should be chasing the spotlight for herself alone. If we want to be seen, let it be because we’re standing arm-in-arm with others we’ve elevated.
In the end, success isn’t the title we held or the applause we received but the number of lives we’ve changed.
So, let’s be relentless about creating opportunities, ensuring that every time we speak another woman is empowered to change her world. That’s how we create a legacy that’s about everyone else and that’s how we transform communities for good.
