Watch: Royal Agricultural Exhibition – On-the-hoof stud beef cattle impress judges and spectators alike

On day 5 of the 2024 Royal Agricultural Exhibition in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, the cattle arena was again busy with class after class of animals being closely scrutinised and assessed on-the-hoof by hawk-eyed judges. Stud stock of the Brahman, Dexter, Simmentaler and Limousin beef breeds, their breeders and their handlers have been competing for a range of prestigious titles. Some have been more successful than others, but feedback on the ground is that everyone enjoyed the day.
